Registration under Polish flag is possible for citizens of EU Member states, as well as companies, registered in a EU Member states.
If your citizenship is other than EU, we can set up a limited company (Ltd.) for you. This company will only hold the ownership of your yacht. Once the company is registered, you will be able to transfer the ownership of your yacht to your company and then we will be able to carry out its registration under Polish flag. We will take care of all paperwork for you.
The price of setting up your EU company is 300 EUR. This includes all paperwork and all translations.
There is a yearly fee of 125 EUR which is necessary maintaining your company’s address and correspondence with state authorities.

Vessels under Polish flag can be register by EU nationals. This includes all natural persons and all companies, registered in an EU member state.
In order to register your boat, we can set up a limited EU-based company in your name. You will then transfer the boat ownership to your new company and we will carry out the boat’s registration.
We will normally register your boat within 3 weeks after we receive all necessary documents from you. This time includes document translation.
